Abysmal isn't even half of it. My Mac mini (10.8.3) cannot properly serve up file shares over SMB. When a Windows client connects to it, any hint of moderate use kills the connection and the server has to "rest" for a few minutes before shares are accessible over SMB again. Now I can't even stream video anymore without the connection dying shortly after starting.
This has become absolutely infuriating, but I wouldn't have the slightest clue as to where to start to diagnosing this. Any help?
Any help will be apprecited.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
